"The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and professional. The check in process was smooth, and when we arrived at the hotel, we found out we left our passports in the safety box at the previous hotel, they helped us to phone the previous hotel and located the passports so we could go back to get them. What touched us the most is they truly care about customers, and treat customer's problem as their own, so they tried their best to help out. not having an attitude as that's your problem, not my business. I wanna say huge THANKS to them again. The hotel itself has the best location in the town, right next to the bridge, and the room we got is very roomy, and everything is kept well. Nice hotel, nice staff, highly recommended! "

"The Jerez Hotel and Spa was fantastic. We were greeted by the friendly, helpful manager and got allocated a refurbished room which had beautiful decor, two single beds and two double beds. It was perfect for a family. The room had everything, even a small fridge and for peace of mind - a safe. The accommodation was spotless and hard to fault. Free parking was a bonus. It was pobably one of the best 4* hotel rooms we've stayed in. Super comfortable beds too. There's a good size restaurant, with a hot breakfast buffet for a very reasonable €14 per person. Unfortunately whilst there was a good range of food items, the scrambled egg was totally inedible as it had a ton of salt in it. None of my family could eat it. The hotel kitchen needs to adopt healthier cooking practices. Ditch the salt please! Overall though, this is a very nice, well run hotel and we enjoyed our stay."
